RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning Management: Process and monitor information related to incoming goods received via email; manage the inbound mailbox. Schedule truck deliveries via email and telephone. Enter all announced shipments into planning files/Excel. Prepare and monitor mid- to long-term planning and forecasts (FCST). Maintain oversight of delivery schedules, slot bookings, and warehouse capacity utilization. Proactively solve problems and provide recommendations to Planning, Operations, Carriers, and Transport Management. Receiving Operations: Create ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices) and Inbo
