About this role
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present pest control reports for client and management review.Coordinate with other departments on project implementation and monitor progress.Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Review service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.Deliver on-site and classroom training for the team.Manage and develop the team to improve performance and meet KPI targets.Ensure the team delivers excellent service to all customers.Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a supervisory or management level.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsive.Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Ability to perform outdoor work as required.Benefits
