What do our Account Executives do ?

The primary role of this position is to secure NEW commercial and residential customers and improve revenue growth. The Account Executive position is a home office based role, some travel, with recognition, and rewards for achievement. This role will contact, prospect, explore leads and grow established accounts to help meet revenue and strategic goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross sellingCraft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targetsLearn and maintain complete knowledge of EPC’s programs, protocols, pricing policies and service offeringsBuild partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions Requirements

Two years of experience in Business-to-Business salesExperience selling into multiple market segmentsPest control industry experience is an asset Post graduate education in business or related studies is a plusStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyExcellent organization and time management skillsValid driver's licenseThe successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience; proof will be required upon hire. Must pass pre-employment background screen Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000/ year with the following perks!
