About this role
The role will be key in supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring monthly and quarterly HR data reporting, variable pay/payroll analysis and employer of choice data collection is completed accurately and on time.
KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Produce monthly HR reporting analysis including but not limited to starter and leaver movement, FTE actual vs budget, M/F headcount analysis, promotions and transfers within the business. Ensuring all data required by the business is prepared within the deadlines set Support the business/senior management team where required on HR analysis required for decision makingMonthly and quarterly analysis on employee retention Quarterly employer of choice data collection Monthly analysis on all payroll elements where required with specific focus on variable pay paid to employees (overtime, commissions, bonus etc.)Monthly reporting on recruitment data with a focus on analysis and explanation of the key trendsProduce monthly headcount files for financial reporting purposes in the monthly management accountsAnnual audit projects to ensure a robust and adequate control environment for payroll and HR Commission scheme modelling and analysisAssist with identifying risks within the business and propose solutions to any control issues that ariseAssistance with internal and external auditors to support their activities. Work proactively to close out any control issues they may raiseAssistance with large compliance projectsSupport the Financial Controller and HR Reporting Manager and the wider team where requiredBBBEE data modelling and quarterly reporting on actuals
