About this role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations on an active project site. This role is responsible for managing the distribution of ice and drinking water to crews across the site to ensure hydration, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Distribute ice and potable water to designated stations throughout the project site.Monitor and replenish coolers, containers, and hydration stations as needed.Load, unload, and transport ice and water using carts, trucks, or other equipment.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coolers and water containers.Track supply levels and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.Assist with general site labor tasks when distribution duties are complete.Follow all site safety rules and company policies.Collaborate with crew members and supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs. regularly.Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or variable weather conditions.Strong work ethic and reliabilityBasic communication skillsValid driver’s license (if operating company vehicle is required)
Physical Requirements
Prolonged standing and walkingFrequent lifting, bending, and carrying.Ability to work in high-heat environments.
Schedule
10 hours a day – night & swing shiftsWill be required to work 13 days on and one off.Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project needs.$24.00 hr with $100 per day worked per diem
