Ready to kick-start your international career? You will start in an implementation role, deploying MES systems for customers in industrial production environments worldwide. While working on upgrades and new implementations, you will build a strong foundation for a future commercial career. You will prepare and optimize system installations to ensure smooth implementations and gain valuable insight into customer needs and operational processes. On-site, you will install and configure software solutions, guide end users, and provide training and support. This hands-on experience will help you grow into a trusted advisor — an important asset for a future customer-facing role. When you are not working on-site, you will support customers remotely from headquarters, solving challenges, strengthening relationships, and developing the skills needed to identify opportunities and grow toward a commercial position. You will be part of an international team and work closely with colleagues from Implementation, Service, Sales, and Development while gradually taking on more customer-oriented and commercial responsibilities. You have obtained a Master’s degree in Economics, ICT, NMCT, electronics, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification through experience. The company is looking for a graduate, no experience needed. Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is considered a plus, as well as basic knowledge of MES or ERP systems. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and continuously develop yourself. You are open to occasional international travel and enjoy working with customers from different cultures. You are motivated to grow into a commercial role and willing to start in a hands-on implementation position to gain a deep understanding of both the product and the customer. You are customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with strong communication skills and a natural commercial mindset. Teamwork and clear communication are essential. You can communicate practically in multiple languages. Fluency in English is required, and you feel comfortable communicating in at least two additional languages to support an international customer base.
