We are looking for a high-performing individual to join the UK Marketing Strategy & Events team to provide dedicated events support for our team in London. The London Events Executive will coordinate, deliver and support marketing events in collaboration with client-facing colleagues in the area.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Be the ‘go to’ person for events in our London team, planning and delivering these alongside (often senior) client-facing colleagues.Alongside the wider Marketing & Strategy Events team, support with end-to-end logistics, including invites, venue sourcing, supplier coordination, timelines, and on-site deliveryWork collaboratively with the wider marketing team including the Marketing Delivery function which handles graphic design and technical digital delivery. Assist with event budgets and payments. Requirements
1–3 years’ experience supporting or delivering marketing events in London.Strong organisational skills.Excellent communication skills.Comfortable working to deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously.Ideally experience working with digital marketing platforms but not essential.Benefits
