Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment SetterRemote | M-F 9-6 EST Full-Time as a Contractor
Salary range: 800-1000 USD per month

This is a high-impact role focused on building and activating our top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
Your mission: Create conversations with the right prospects and turn them into booked meetings.
You will identify, research, contact, and qualify leads — ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our Business Development team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys outbound sales, and knows how to turn cold outreach into real conversations.

What We’re Looking ForProven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generationExperience booking meetings for a sales teamComfortable making 60–100+ calls per dayStrong objection-handling skillsExperience using prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Highly organized and target-drivenComfortable working U.S. hoursExperience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a strong plusStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)
