About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in social media content creation. This role will focus on designing high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media trends, and can create engaging pieces optimized for different platforms. Experience in UX/UI design and motion/slow-motion content is a strong plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media DesignDesign engaging visual assets for social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, ads)Create branded templates to ensure visual consistencyAdapt designs to fit different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goalsOptimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance
Motion & Video SupportCreate simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects when neededSupport short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animationsEnhance video quality through dynamic visual elements
UX/UI (Plus)Support basic UX/UI design needs (landing pages, website elements, user flows)Contribute to improving visual consistency across digital touchpoints
Requirements
2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for social mediaStrong portfolio showcasing social media and digital workProficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)Basic experience with motion graphics or slow-motion effectsUnderstanding of social media design trends and best practicesExperience in UX/UI design is a plusStrong attention to detail and brand consistencyAbility to work independently in a remote environment
PreferredExperience working with growing brands or online communitiesKnowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)Understanding of conversion-focused design
