About the RoleWe’re looking for a reliable and creative Community & Content Specialist to manage our community and maintain a consistent content presence across platforms.
You will engage with members, create content, and help grow our audience through interaction and structured posting — not random posting.
This role focuses on consistency, organization, and engagement rather than one-time viral content.

Requirements
2+ years managing social media, communities, or content accountsStrong written English communicationComfortable creating or appearing in video contentOrganized and consistent with posting schedulesUnderstanding of engagement metrics (comments, saves, reach)Comfortable working with a remote teamReliable and proactive
Nice to HaveExperience with recruiting or professional communitiesCanva, CapCut, or similar toolsLinkedIn or TikTok content experienceExperience growing an account or communityExperience creating or managing content inside Skool communities
