About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions that drive automation and operational efficiency across the organization. This role will focus on API integrations, workflow automation, and implementing AI tools to streamline business processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience integrating AI models and building scalable automation systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & ImplementationDesign and implement AI-driven solutions to automate internal workflowsIntegrate AI models (LLMs, NLP tools, etc.) into business processesDevelop custom AI applications to improve productivity and decision-makingAPI IntegrationBuild and maintain API integrations between internal systems and third-party platformsConnect AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.) with CRM, marketing, and operational toolsEnsure secure and scalable API architectureMonitor API performance and optimize reliabilityAutomation & Process OptimizationIdentify repetitive processes and design automation solutionsImplement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scriptsImprove data flow between systems to reduce manual workCollaborate with operations and leadership to prioritize automation opportunitiesInfrastructure & SecurityEnsure secure handling of data across AI systems and integrationsMaintain documentation for APIs and automation processesFollow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment
Requirements
Qualifications3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or automation developmentStrong experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL)Experience integrating AI/ML models into applicationsProficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languagesExperience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)Strong problem-solving and system design skills
PreferredExperience building AI agents or chatbot systemsFamiliarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimizationExperience with data pipelines and ETL processesKnowledge of security best practices in API design
