Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our day-to-day marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining our website, managing our social media presence, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting our growth in the trades and home services market. This role is perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, is comfortable with digital marketing tools, and is passionate about creating content that resonates with small business owners.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited about contributing to the growth of an early-stage AI company. You'll work closely with leadership and sales to execute our marketing strategy and generate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the website: maintain and update website content, optimize for SEO, and ensure an optimal user experienceManage social media: create content, schedule posts, engage with the community, and grow our social media presenceExecute marketing campaigns: implement email campaigns, digital ads, and content initiatives to generate leadsCreate marketing content: write blog posts, case studies, emails, sales collateral, and other content that resonates with contractorsManage marketing budget: track marketing spend, optimize budget allocation, and ensure strong ROIAnalyze performance: track marketing metrics, create reports, and identify opportunities for improvementManage marketing tools: administer marketing automation platforms, CRM, and other marketing toolsSupport sales: create sales collateral, presentations, and resources to help the sales teamCollaborate with the team: work with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goalsRequirements
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or startup environmentWebsite management skills: experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Framer) and basic HTML/CSS knowledgeSocial media expertise: demonstrated experience managing professional accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Strong writing skills: able to create compelling content that resonates with small business ownersExperience with marketing tools: familiarity with email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media tools, and CRMData-driven: comfortable analyzing metrics and using data to optimize campaignsHighly organized: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCreative and resourceful: you find creative solutions with limited resourcesKnowledge of SEO and digital advertising is a plusExperience in trades, home services, or vertical SaaS is a plusFluent in English and French, written and verbal
