Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Engineer sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and automation. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the technical infrastructure behind Ampliphi’s revenue engine.
This is a hands-on builder role focused on CRM architecture, automation workflows, enrichment pipelines, outbound infrastructure, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our office in Toronto, working in a hybrid work model!
What your day will look like:
Revenue Systems Architecture
Own and optimize CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred)Design lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, and attribution logicBuild automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progressionEnsure data cleanliness, integrity, and reporting accuracyDocument scalable GTM systems and processesAutomation and Infrastructure
Implement automation across marketing and sales systemsConnect tools via APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make, or native integrationsBuild and maintain outbound infrastructure (domains, sending tools, tracking, sequencing)Manage enrichment tools and prospecting platformsImprove deliverability and technical performance of outbound systemsData and Analytics
Develop dashboards for pipeline, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and conversion metricsCreate attribution models to measure campaign impactAnalyze GTM experiments and provide actionable insightsSupport forecasting and revenue planningExperimentation and Growth Engineering
Run and instrument outbound experiments (ICP testing, messaging, segmentation)Optimize acquisition funnels and conversion pointsIdentify bottlenecks and design systematic improvementsContinuously improve conversion rates across the revenue lifecycleCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and LeadershipImprove pipeline velocity and sales efficiencySupport expansion and new market initiativesProvide structured reporting and strategic insights to the CEOAbout You:
Core Qualifications
2–5+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, Sales Ops, or similar roleStrong experience with HubSpot (preferred) or SalesforceUnderstanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnelsExperience with marketing automation toolsFamiliarity with APIs and system integrationsStrong analytical and systems-thinking mindsetFlunet in English, both written and verbal, is essential Legally authorized to work in Canada Technical Competencies
