Role OverviewThe UI/UX Designer creates intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals. This role spans the full design lifecycle—from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping—across web platforms, SaaS products, mobile applications, and marketing experiences.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate user needs into clear, effective interfaces. This role is ideal for designers who enjoy solving problems through thoughtful design, value research-informed decisions, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Your ImpactYour designs improve how users interact with digital products by reducing friction and increasing clarity. Through well-structured flows and polished interfaces, you help improve usability, engagement, and conversion outcomes. Your work supports scalable product growth while ensuring consistent and accessible user experiences.
Core ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Analysis — 20%Conduct user research and usability testingAnalyze user behavior and identify experience gapsCreate personas, user journeys, and flow diagramsTranslate research insights into actionable design solutionsWireframing & Prototyping — 25%Create low- to high-fidelity wireframesBuild interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flowsDesign responsive layouts across devicesIterate designs based on feedback and testing resultsVisual UI Design — 30%Design polished, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with brand guidelinesApply strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principlesCreate reusable UI components and patternsDesign conversion-focused landing pages and product interfacesDesign Systems & Component Libraries — 15%Build and maintain scalable design systemsCreate and document reusable components and patternsEnsure consistency across products and platformsCollaborate with developers on design system implementationUsability Testing & Optimization — 5%Plan and execute usability testing sessionsAnalyze findings and iterate on designsOptimize user flows based on data and feedbackCollaboration & Communication — 5%Partner with product managers and developersPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholdersParticipate in reviews, planning sessions, and critiquesRequirements
