Role OverviewThe Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring high-caliber technical talent across engineering and technology roles. This role requires strong recruitment fundamentals combined with technical fluency to understand complex requirements, assess specialized skills, and build credibility with technical candidates and hiring stakeholders.

You will manage full-cycle technical recruitment, partnering closely with engineering leaders to define role requirements, executing targeted sourcing strategies, conducting technical screenings, and coordinating multi-stage interview processes. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy solving challenging technical searches and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
