Role OverviewWe are hiring a Talent Headhunting Partner to focus exclusively on headhunting passive talent — candidates who are currently employed and not actively seeking new opportunities.
Your mandate is to:
Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through tailored outbound strategiesPre-qualify candidates to ensure strong role, compensation, and motivation alignmentDeliver a steady flow of high-quality, TA-ready candidates for active client rolesAdapt headhunting strategies based on pipeline health and feedbackThis role is intentionally designed as:
Passive Headhunting (Non–Job-Seeking Talent) – 80%Pipeline Readiness & Maintenance – 20%This structure protects focus on high-impact headhunting while ensuring clean handoffs.
Your ImpactIn this role, you will:
Act as a specialist in engaging and converting currently employed talentOwn outbound headhunting outcomes for specialized and priority rolesMaintain high response and conversion rates through personalized outreachDeliver consistent, high-signal candidate pipelinesAdjust targeting and messaging based on real-time feedback and results
Areas of Responsibility1. Passive Headhunting (Non–Job-Seeking Talent) – 80%Identify and engage candidates who are currently employed and not actively job searchingBuild targeted outreach strategies tailored to role requirements and seniorityCraft personalized messaging to convert passive candidatesConduct initial pre-qualification to confirm:Role alignmentCompensation expectationsMotivation and availabilityUse voice notes or async communication where appropriate to improve conversionPartner with Talent Acquisition Partners to refine targeting and calibration
2. Pipeline Readiness & Maintenance – 20%Ensure all headhunted candidates are accurately logged and staged in the ATSMaintain clean, up-to-date pipelines for TA handoffMonitor candidate progress and follow up to prevent drop-offsCollaborate with the Talent Sourcing Coordinator to ensure pipeline hygiene
