The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Designer who can take full ownership of visual execution across multiple channels while elevating both creative quality and speed through AI tools.
This is a highly hands-on role suited for a designer who wants greater responsibility, creative influence, and end-to-end ownership—not just production execution. You will collaborate closely with copy, growth, and product teams to deliver high-performing, conversion-focused creative assets.
Key Responsibilities Lead visual design across paid ads, landing pages, and marketing assets Design and prototype in Figma for web, product, and marketing use cases Create polished static creative using Adobe Photoshop and related tools Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini and other generative platforms) to accelerate ideation and production Produce light animations and motion assets (micro-interactions, simple transitions, ad animations) Translate creative strategy into clean, conversion-focused design systems Iterate rapidly based on performance data, A/B testing results, and stakeholder feedback Maintain and evolve brand visual standards across channels Requirements
5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in performance-driven or digital-first environments Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop Hands-on experience using AI tools (including Gemini or similar) within a design workflow Ability to create low-level animations (e.g., simple motion graphics, UI animations, ad loops) Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight Experience collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, and growth teams
Nice to Have Experience designing for DTC, SaaS, or growth-focused brands Familiarity with performance creative (paid social, CRO-focused landing pages) Experience with tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Framer Basic understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion principles
