Your role We’re looking for motivated Java Architects with a passion for open-source technology to support our cloud integration projects . Design and develop software systems using Java technologies Develop and implement software architecture Ensure system performance , scalability , and maintainability Manage technical teams and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions Identify and address technical challenges and issues in a timely and efficient manner Define coding standards and best practices for the team to follow Conduct code reviews and ensure quality control of code and architecture Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members Your profile Highly skilled in software engineering and development , with strong expertise in Java , web development and web services , source code and data management and SQL Familiar with best practices and methodologies in project management, software engineering, application design, testing, performance, and life cycle management A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude Result-driven & focused on delivering quality Fluent in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English Resident in Belgium
