As a Linux System Engineer , you will be the driving force behind mission-critical systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. You’ll design, implement, and optimize Linux-based infrastructures while managing complex networks that power projects on a national scale. Linux System Engineer - What the job is about ? Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux servers in production environments. Design and manage network infrastructures (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing). Monitor system and network performance, ensuring maximum uptime and security. Automate tasks and optimize workflows through scripting and modern tools. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Linux System Engineer - Who are you? Solid experience with Linux system administration ( Debian, RedHat, or similar). Strong knowledge of networking protocols ( TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching ). Hands-on experience with firewalls, load balancers, and security hardening. Proficiency in scripting ( Bash, Python or similar) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet).
