Profile The ideal candidate is a seasoned Java developer with proven experience in leading technical teams. You possess: 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of frameworks like Spring Boot. Leadership skills , demonstrated through previous team lead or supervisory roles in software development. A passion for mentoring and growing team members’ skills, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Solid experience with architecture design and ensuring high standards in code quality. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Experience in agile methodologies and a commitment to staying updated with industry best practices.
