Our client is a fast-growing European company specializing in digital solutions and system integrations. With an international footprint and modern offices in Ghent, the company is looking for an integration analyst. As an Integration Analyst, you act as a key link between clients, business requirements, and technical teams. You work on diverse integration projects, combining analytical thinking with a strong technical foundation to design and deliver effective solutions. Analyze functional and technical requirements from clients Challenge client needs and propose relevant integration solutions Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Work closely with development and engineering teams Follow up on integration projects (APIs, data flows, third-party systems, etc.) Support testing, validation, and deployment phases Work with varied clients and projects in an international environment Profile Technical background through education or professional experience Experience in development or strong technical understanding, ideally in JavaScript and/or Java Strong interest in analysis, system integration, and client-facing roles Ability to challenge requirements and communicate complex technical concepts clearly Comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving environment Fluent in Dutch and English
