Alan Canada is building its engine and you'll be at the heart of it.

You’ll support the Chief of Staff across of business topics from strategy in 2026, GTM, ops and more using AI & automations to create an unfair advantage to move faster, reach further, and build smarter.

Possible projects include:As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as an intern, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.

Strategy - Map the Canadian market, segments, verticals, opportunities to examine; support leadership on strategic projects — market sizing, analysis, business cases; Identify strategic business opportunities, perform business analyses and growth modelling

Product & Design - Contribute to the product vision by identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities, support the continuous improvement of Alan’s core offering, conduct user research, assist in design & prototyping

Growth & Brand - Support events, sponsorships, and community presence in the Toronto tech ecosystem, help create content that positions Alan as the voice of modern health benefits in Canada

Corporate & Governance - Support the constitution of our board packs, legal research & senior leadership Alaners meetings.

Talent - Sourcing and recruiting the next batch of Alaners
