You participate actively in our business development through active prospection and networking You strengthen existing and develop long term and trusted professional relationships with clients through direct contact with their senior management and an in-depth knowledge of the organisation You identify, screen, evaluate and follow up middle and higher management profiles in their career evolution You offer project opportunities to our project managers You are responsible for the selection procedure : from assignment intake, profile presentation to the closing. You follow up on ongoing missions by guiding and supporting both our project managers and clients You update and manage our database University degree You have just graduated or have a couple of years of relevant experience You are an excellent communicator with a good sense of judgment in combination with strong commercial and service-oriented skills You are able to network and negotiate effectively at management level
