As a People Operations - International Mobility Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Your work will be instrumental in enabling HR processes and systems to run smoothly, supporting our workforce efficiently.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage data to drive insights and make informed business decisions within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilizing advanced analytics techniques to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support business and human resource clients in optimizing operations and achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities

- Support global mobility operations within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the processes, complexities, and logistics of international mobility, combined with a collaborative mindset suited to working across a networked organization. - This role uniquely blends technical, analytical, and communication capabilities, requiring strong digital skills to enhance data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality communication and stakeholder engagement across the mobility programme. - Managing the implementation and optimization of HR information systems to enhance operational efficiency - Utilizing data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI to generate insights and support data-driven decision making - Coordinating HR projects, including data migration and integration, to streamline processes and improve employee experience - Developing and maintaining employee records management policies to validate compliance with labor laws and regulations - Leveraging analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations for HR process improvements - Supporting human resources consulting efforts by analyzing HR metrics and preparing comprehensive reports - Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee lifecycle experience - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and embrace change within HR operations - Applying project management skills to oversee HRIS projects and align them with strategic business goals - Engaging in continuous learning to deepen understanding of HR trends and technologies to support business objectives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Law or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in international or global mobility functional areas - Working knowledge of mobility legislation and compliance requirements - Key skills: International mobility knowledge, Data Analytics, Digital & AI fluency, communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, Project Management, process improvement, and attention to detail - Oral and written proficiency in English is required
