About this role
Internal Communications You create content for internal communications projects, using traditional and digital tools, that informs, educates and/or generates higher levels of engagement. You seek continuous feedback from the organization and align communications activities with the needs of our target audience. You work closely with colleagues in other functions, in ways that help the company achieve its aspirational goals, consistent with the company’s values that guide our behavior. You are responsible for the writing, editing and proofing of the internal newsletter, SharePoint intranet, TV-screens and assigned projects. You support the sales departments and marketing in their efforts to further expand their customer base. You assist in planning, preparing and coordinating internal events, ensuring not only good preparation, but also that everything runs smoothly during the event. You support the HR department in their employer branding activities. You own the media library and update it when needed with new promotion material. You own the stock of promotional items, gadgets, employer branding material. External Communications You propose actions in line with the marketing & communications plan and budget, such as: content marketing, newsletters, video production, photography, keeping website /social media up to date with fresh story ideas. You write and coordinate press releases. You manage the backend of our company website and ensure content remains accurate and up to date. You monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics. You uplift our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Organise and follow up conference and fairs attendance of AD people. Support in input of AU specific market data (build rates, model strategies, Lexikon etc.). Business related communication to our customers. Brand governance You support brand-positioning efforts to enhance and protect our company brand. You contribute to the development of the most effective way to convey messages and product information in print and electronic media. YOUR COMPETENCES You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Or you are willing to follow the necessary training on it and have a strong interest. Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications role or willing to follow the necessary training on it and strong interest. You are a creative all-around communications professional who likes to roll up his/her sleeves but can also think strategically. You have excellent writing and proofreading skills, capable of writing key messages. You are a real problem solver and can multitask without losing attention to detail. You have excellent project management skills. You understand social media and how to integrate it into a communications plan. You are familiar with Google Analytics and website maintenance or motivated to learn and grow in this area. You are a true team player who considers service to be highly important. You are proficient in using graphic platform CANVA, knowledge of Creative cloud is a plus. You actively explore and apply generative AI solutions to work more efficiently.
