Now we are looking for a Construction Manager in our office in Mechelen, mainly supporting projects across Flanders. As Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. We are looking for a customer-oriented professional who can anticipate project needs, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and proactively solve challenges on site. What is the role About? · Supervise and manage construction projects during the execution phase. · Manage the construction budget and related change orders · Review contractors' schedules and manage the overall integrated site planning. · Supervise on-site and off-site activities, ensuring compliance with construction and safety regulations. · Coordinate and direct construction workers, suppliers, and subcontractors. · Monitor project progress on a daily basis and ensure milestones are achieved. · Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with HSE standards on site. · Prepare internal and external progress reports. · Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. · Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks. · Ensure compliance with quality standards and the application of appropriate construction techniques.
