Are you a finance professional with a strong interest in reporting, analysis and data accuracy? Do you enjoy working with numbers and translating them into clear insights? To strengthen our Finance team in Deurne, we are looking for a Finance Controller (3–5 years’ experience) with a strong affinity for reporting and financial analysis in a dynamic, operational environment. Location: Belcrownlaan 23 2100 Deurne Your role: You play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting and reliable data. Your focus is on delivering accurate analyses, structured reporting, and supporting decision-making through clear financial insights. Working closely with the finance team, your responsibilities include: Preparing and supporting the monthly closing proces s (accruals, reconciliations, variance analyses) Delivering accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards Analysing margins, costs and key financial KPIs Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes from a reporting perspective Ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability in reporting Contributing to the optimisation of reporting processes and tools Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar 3–5 years of experience in controlling, audit or finance Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail Advanced Excel skills (experience with BI tools is a plus) Hands-on, proactive and eager to learn Interest in working with financial data and reporting processes Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of any additional languages is considered a strong asset A valid Category B driving licence is required, as the successful candidate will be expected to travel to our Rekkem location approximately once per month to support activities for Delcatrans
