Responsibilities Plan and lead projects to ensure delivery within time, budget, and regulatory constraints. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and support internal and external staff throughout execution. Facilitate communication with stakeholders to provide progress reports and ensure project acceptance. Maintain accurate project dossiers, including technical documentation and administrative procedures. Propose infrastructure optimizations in collaboration with experts to ensure technological advancement. Manage public procurement processes and oversee contractor performance according to contractual agreements. Integrate change management strategies to ensure organizational support for project outcomes. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Project Management . 3+ years of experience in Team Coordination and managing project teams. 3+ years of experience in Technical Concept Development and analysis. 3+ years of experience in Document Management and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of Public Procurement (overheidsopdrachten) legislation. Experience with Change Management methodologies. You are proactive and solution-oriented. You are native in Dutch with professional proficiency in French . Nice to Haves Willingness to obtain a security clearance. Experience within the energy or environmental sector.
