Job Title: TS/SCI Cleared Java Developer Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to support mission-critical development efforts within a high-security federal environment. This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience who are looking to contribute to impactful, data-driven solutions supporting national geospatial initiatives.The selected candidate will join a collaborative technical team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that enable advanced analysis and operational decision-making. Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance (required to start)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of professional Java development experienceExperience developing enterprise-level applicationsFamiliarity with object-oriented design principlesExperience working in Linux-based environmentsUnderstanding of secure development practices Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications in a secure enterprise environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, analysts, and architectsDevelop RESTful services and backend components to support data-intensive workflowsParticipate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviewsTroubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issuesSupport deployment and sustainment of applications within classified environmentsContribute to system documentation and technical design discussions Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Spring / Spring BootFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Exposure to cloud or hybrid environmentsExperience working within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency mission space or similar IC environmentsPrior experience supporting classified federal programs What You’ll Bring:Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentAdaptability within mission-driven development effortsCommitment to quality and secure coding standards Clearance Requirement:Active TS/SCI clearance required.
