Your role You will be a part of the creative and high-performing Engagement Search (ES) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around sales, business development, account management & customer success. You'll own the full customer journey - from lead generation, meeting potential prospects and closing deals to ensuring client success and driving account growth. Your main responsibilities include: - Exploring the local tech scene & the latest industry trends; identifying potential clients and their needs - Reaching out to potential clients and owning the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to closing - Managing client relationships & building strong project teams, making sure to build strong, scalable & sustainable client relationships - Representing Netlight while meeting and networking with local industry leaders, building a strong & sustainable network of relevant industry contacts.
