We need a sophisticated Sr. HR Business Partner (P5) to support our U.S. Product and Engineering (R&D) teams—the technical heartbeat of our company. The Role You will be the primary HR strategist for our world-class engineers and product visionaries. This is not a "background" HR role; you will be in the room with R&D leaders, driving organizational design and ensuring our talent strategy keeps pace with our rapid product evolution.
