About this role
The first task concerns the management (within SMA) of the public consultation. In November 2024, the client will submit the scenario (assumptions in terms of electricity demand, thermal generation, etc.) and methodology (how is the study performed) to public consultation and many reactions from stakeholders are expected (last study more than 200 comments were sent by stakeholders). Help will be needed to prepare documents with the reactions received so that the SMA expert can then give answers to the reactions. We expect the consultant to consolidate comments per topics, coordinate answers from the SMA experts and follow-up on the work to ensure right delivery. The consultation report (with the client’s answer to each reaction) should be ready by mid-February 2025. Note that no interaction is expected from the PMO with external stakeholders (this is managed by SMA experts) The second task regards the management of the layouted report (within SMA and in collaboration with the layouting company). The final deliverable of the Adequacy and Flexibility study is indeed a large report (about 400 pages) to be published in June 2025.
