About this role
Deine Aufgaben/Your tasks As a Graphic Designer within our 11-member international Marketing team, you will own and evolve our visual identity across all brand and growth touchpoints. In your new role, you will be the central in-house design owner responsible for scaling our CI, elevating our website UX, strengthening our paid performance creatives, and ensuring every visual asset reflects our mission of digital accessibility. Your Responsibilities:
Brand & Design System Ownership
Own and evolve Eye-Able’s Corporate Identity and visual languageDevelop and maintain a scalable design system across all touchpointsEnsure brand consistency and accessibility standards in everything we publishWebsite & Growth Design
Lead website and landing page design with a strong UX, accessibility, and conversion focusCreate high-performing paid ad creatives and campaign visualsContinuously improve creative performance in collaboration with GrowthContent, Product & Sales Design
Design eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, and product marketing assetsCreate compelling pitch decks, brochures, and sales materialsSupport product launches with clear, strong visual storytellingMotion & Events
Produce short-form social videos and lightweight motion assetsDesign print materials and event booth visualsInternational Collaboration & Brand Enablement
