Osteria Kreo is one of Mo i Rana’s most beloved culinary destinations – a lively and elegant Italian-inspired restaurant where food, wine, and warm hospitality come together. We are currently looking for a kitchen assistant/chef to join our dedicated team. Hva vi ser etter Who You Are You have previous experience in the hospitality industry -- restaurant or café service is a plus You speak English fluently -- Norwegian or other language skills are a bonus You thrive in a fast-paced, kitchen environment You are reliable, flexible, and have a strong team spirit You are passionate about food. Arbeidsoppgaver Key Responsibilities Assist chefs with food preparation and mise en place Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients Support the kitchen team during à la carte service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required Receive, check, and store deliveries according to food safety standards Assist with stock rotation and inventory management Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations Help with basic food production and plating under the supervision of chefs Ensure proper storage and handling of food products Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company procedures Contribute to an efficient, positive, and team-oriented kitchen environment Additional Duties (Optional) Support opening and closing kitchen procedures Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the Head Chef Vi tilbyr What We Offer A vibrant workplace with passionate colleagues Opportunities for growth and development Competitive conditions and staff benefits A chance to be part of one of Mo i Rana's most exciting dining experiences Om arbeidsgiveren: Osteria Kreo opened it's doors in the beginning of June 2019.
