What you’ll do:
In this position, you will not act as a transactional buyer, but will operate as a strategic partner to the business. You will influence key decisions, challenge the status quo and drive value across complex and key indirect procurement categories. In detail, you will:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across Benefits, Facilities and other indirect procurement categories in Latin America, ensuring value generation, risk mitigation and long-term sustainability through efficient procurement spend; - Act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, influencing decisions with data and market insights while developing and implementing category strategies aligned with business objectives; - Structure, negotiate and challenge contracts, identifying safe and compliant opportunities for optimization, cost efficiency, service improvements and long-term value creation; - Conduct complex negotiations with suppliers and service providers, balancing financial impact, employee experience, governance requirements and business needs; - Work in initiatives with team members and other areas, contributing to strategic planning, market benchmarking and the development of a strategic sourcing mindset across the organization.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI)
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields; - Solid experience in Procurement, with strong exposure to Strategic Sourcing initiatives; - Proven track record managing indirect procurement categories and high-impact supplier relationships; - Consistent experience in contract management and complex negotiations; - Knowledge of Category Management, Supplier Management and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO); - Advanced English proficiency.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.
