Adult man residing in Jakobsli is seeking several good Personal Assistance (BPA) assistants. I am looking for someone who can work independently but also listen to given instructions. There are available positions as substitute/on-call employees, especially to work this summer. The working hours are continuous shift work, with 7-9 hour shifts, including weekend shifts (by agreement). BPA is an equalization tool where one is meant to assist the employer in actively participating in all areas of society. As a BPA assistant, one should function as an extension of the employer's arms, legs, and eyes. Tasks: Household chores: cleaning, tidying, etc. Cooking and baking Assisting with shopping Accompanying on errands Practical assistance Traveling together Personal assistance We are looking for someone who: Is flexible and can be available at short notice Is accustomed to housework and is a tidy and clean person Ideally has practical skills and physical strength Is patient and calm Is cheerful and has a good mood Has a good sense of humor Has a class B driver's license (not a requirement) Preference for female applicants We encourage applicants with Filipino background to contact us! Good communication skills in Norwegian or English. (Or both!) There are no formal education requirements for working as a BPA assistant.
