Sheet Metal Workers (Blikkenslagere) - Bergen - Development Opportunities Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking experienced sheet metal workers for permanent full-time positions in Bergen and the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity not only to work on exciting roofing and façade projects, but also to grow professionally. For the right candidate, there will be possibilities to take on more responsibility and develop within the company. Work tasks include: Production and processing of sheet metal (steel, aluminum, zinc, copper) Cutting, bending, rolling, and punching Fabrication and installation of flashings, gutters, downpipes, roof vents, façade panels, etc. Operating machines such as brakes, shears, rollers, presses, and CNC-controlled equipment Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and tools We offer: Competitive salary: NOK 315 -355 per hour (depending on experience) Permanent full-time employment Exciting projects with opportunities for professional development Possibility for rotation work and overtime pay Coverage of daily travel costs (if more than 7.5 km from home to workplace) Free professional tools and work clothes Housing in company apartments if needed Supportive and service-oriented administration Requirements: Minimum 1 year of professional sheet metal experience Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently Solution-oriented mindset Preferred qualifications: English or Scandinavian language skills Personal qualities: High work ethic Reliable and punctual Quality-focused and solution-oriented Interested?
