Our Service Department is expanding, and we are looking for a Service Engineer in the SeaQ Communication field to join us! As a Service Engineer you will play a vital role in commissioning and service of our SeaQ Products. Duties and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for doing commissioning, service and warranty work on our high-tech SeaQ product packages delivered to customers worldwide. You will also participate and assist with in-house activities such as factory testing, reporting and technical assistance. This role requires a lot of traveling, and we are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic work environments, have the ability to make decisions, work independently and are service minded. Qualifications Technical background/education (Technician Level/ Bachelor/ Master within IT/ Telecom ) Field Service / Site experience Good knowledge of products within following portfolio: Communication & IT Systems: ICT Systems, CCTV, IPTV, Telephone, Public Address Safety Systems: Fire Detection and Alarm systems.
