Responsibilities

Partner with the Global operations and Commercial finance planning teams to facilitate continuous improvement efforts towards the S&OP dashboarding including demand planning, forecasting and long-range plan.Partner with project team with Global Operations and Commercial to gather requirements validate technical design and development, User acceptance testing, and cutover of an enterprise planning solution.Take responsibility of root cause analysis and process improvement. Requires strong understanding of the demand planning.Troubleshoot load rules, Business Rules, and Data Actions.Continuously and proactively improve the environment to enrich experience by contributing to training documentation and support for end users.Develop, maintain, and improve documentation on key business processes and procedures in compliance with Internal control policiesPromote and develop automation of processes with current and future application flows.Facilitate integration of SAP BPC planning, SAC Planning and JDA including sourcing actuals, reconciling and data analytics with visualization tool.Validate Quarterly SAP technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations.Act as SAC planning and Analytics subject matter expert for the entire organization Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, or Accounting preferred.Strong expertise in operations finance for a large pharmaceutical company is required.Located in Lake County, Illinois area with ability to work in office 3-5 days a week depending on deadlines.Experience in architecting, building and supporting financial planning applications.Experience with administration and/or implementation of SAP BPC required.Strong Analytical and technical skills to continuously improve processes.Understanding /Acumen of Finance with strong knowledge in planning, forecasting, accounting close process.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to communicate and collaborate with all levelsAbility to understand the needs of the various business teams to appropriately plan for growth and changeExcellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutionsAbility to work independently and be goal oriented, as well as work as part of a teamAbility to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlinesTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:
