About this role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with exceptional organisational and client service skills to support our high‑performing Industrial team based in Melbourne’s north‑west. Working from our Essendon Fields office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a dynamic, fast‑paced team.
In this role, you will provide dedicated executive support to the National Directors and senior team members, assisting them across a range of strategic, operational, and client‑focused activities.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, formatting, and coordinating client presentations, submissions, and pitch documentsDeveloping internal and external reports across multiple formatsManaging core administrative tasks, including invoicing, expenses, and travel arrangementsCoordinating client and team meetings, events, and key functionsManaging day‑to‑day client interactions and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpointOverseeing busy calendars, monitoring inboxes, and actioning or prioritising tasks on behalf of senior leadersMaintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records within the internal client database This position offers strong potential for growth and suits an administration professional who is passionate about supporting senior leaders and contributing to a high‑performing commercial environment. A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn the operations of the Industrial team, and commitment to delivering outstanding support will be essential.
