You will play a key role in driving project success by converting enquiry into sales and delivering exceptional outcomes for developers and purchasers alike.
We are seeking someone who:
Has experience in project marketing and off-the-plan sales, or is a high-performing residential sales agent ready to transition into projectsHas outstanding interpersonal and communication abilitiesThrives on achieving and exceeding revenue targetsIs highly organised, proactive and self-motivatedUnderstands investor and owner occupier psychologyCan confidently interpret floorplans and apartment layoutsTech-savvy and confident using sales technology to drive performance and efficiencySkilled at building long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and referral partners.
