Regional Sr Data Lead Americas (Temporal)
Scope: Americas
Location: Mexico, Tultitlan - Tepalcapa

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Data Lead Americas to support one of the most important transformation programs in our business, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and the carve-out from Unilever. In this role, you will lead Master Data deployment activities across the Americas, ensuring data is accurate, aligned to global standards, and ready to support new ways of working. You will work closely with local and global teams to drive successful data migration, governance, and adoption.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Act as the main point of contact for Master Data deployment activities across the Americas. • Ensure local data is aligned with the global data model and migration requirements. • Identify and resolve data quality issues, partnering with local and global teams. • Coordinate data validation, testing, and business sign-off activities before go-live. • Ensure key MDM roles are assigned and trained in each market. • Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition. • Monitor data-related risks and drive actions to mitigate them. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key milestones.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience working with Master Data, data governance, or data migration projects. • Strong understanding of data structures, processes, and data quality management. • Experience supporting ERP implementations or transformation projects is a plus. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced English proficiency. • Knowledge of North American master data requirements is desirable. • Availability to travel when required.
