Job Summary The role is responsible for leading the sales function within a region or business unit, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and managing sales teams to ensure high performance. This role collaborates with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. • Lead and manage regional or business unit sales teams. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients. • Monitor sales performance and implement improvements. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches. • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. • Drive sales training and talent development.
Qualifications
• Typically a University degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience. • Proven experience in sales leadership. • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. • Ability to lead and inspire teams.
