• 7+ years of experience working directly with hospitals or health systems. • Experience leading operational improvement, consulting, implementation, or service excellence initiatives in healthcare settings. • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence hospital stakeholders and leadership teams. • Experience with healthcare linen, laundry, environmental services, supply chain, materials management, or related support services strongly preferred. • Experience implementing or supporting operational technology, software, or service-based solutions. • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
