OUR TEAM: In the Maintenance / Utilities Department, we aim to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient power distribution systems across the site, while supporting operational excellence and sustainability through optimized energy management.
MISSION: In the domain of power distribution and electrical infrastructure,
• Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of site electrical systems and power supply. • Maintain and optimize electrical equipment through effective preventive and corrective maintenance. • Monitor energy performance and support continuous improvement in system reliability and efficiency. • Support site projects and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical power distribution, maintenance, or industrial utilities • Hands-on experience with electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments • Experience in project management, budgeting, and technical documentation/reporting • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electrical engineering tools (e.g., ETAP) • Knowledge of electrical equipment: MV switchgear, LV MCC, digital protection relays, and power transformers (150 kV, 20 kV, 400 V) • Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset aligned with Michelin’s value of Respect for Facts
Preferred:
• Ahli K3 Listrik certification • Experience in energy management, power quality analysis, and system optimization • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies in industrial environments • Experience supporting continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, or similar initiatives)
