Responsibilities:
• Assembly of tools according to documentation
• Measuring and presetting tools on a tool presetting machine for CNC machining operations
• Demand-oriented delivery of tools to machines
• Disassembly and cleaning of tools
• Inspection and assessment of worn cutting tools
• Tool inventory management
• Storage and registration of incoming tool deliveries
Qualifications:
• Completed vocational training as a Cutting Machine Operator (Machinist) or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of machining processes and cutting tools
• Careful and quality-conscious approach to work
• Experience with tool presetting devices is desirable
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Basic PC skills and computer literacy
