MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Human Resources Operations
• Implements HR services ensuring compliance with EDC's human resource policies, guidelines, and procedures for consistent application.
• Assists and provides inputs in the development of the overall human resources annual work programs and activities.
• Collaborates with HR Advisers on aligning the business goals for efficient delivery of human resources services.
EMPLOYMENT PLANNING
● Assists in manpower capacity planning and validation of the required full-time equivalent (FTE) by validating requests for additional manpower from proponents to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.
● Complies with the HR regulatory requirements by submitting employment reports as required by GRI , and government agencies (DOLE, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth) to ensure employees' are covered with the statutory benefits. Creates and maintains 201 files of all regular and contractual employees by utilizing HR business solutions ( SAP/HRIS) for accurate and complete employee information and profile.
● Facilitates retired employees benefits such as insurance , renewal and continuation of hospitalization, government-related benefits due to retirement, and pension plan to ensure the required benefits are enjoyed and given to the right beneficiaries.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
● Facilitates the employees' on-boarding session ( Power-Up, Safety / Security / Medical Orientation) by closely coordinating and scheduling employees for the program to ensure alignment of goals and clarity of roles.
● Facilitates the employees' engagement activities (Sportfest / Wellness, Parties, Town-Hall Meetings, LMC, e-LMC, CBA Nego, Outings, Mass, Anniversary Celebration), by closely coordinating logistics , and scheduling to achieve maximum participation and affectivity of the program.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
● Consolidates performance appraisals of all employees by collaborating with all functional heads and CoE-HR , and submits these to the HR head for calibration.
