What You Will Do:
• Support monthly accounting RTR Intercompany processes. • Contribute to achieve internal metrics defined in the agreed SLAs. • Stablish & monitor KPI's to achieve goals. Set team goals to be align with the company strategy. • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative, effective Partnerships with Country Controllers, local accounting staff, and Corporate Functions. • Manage ERP and technology tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, HFM, EPM, Workday). • Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and documentation. • Support and cross-train team members on department responsibilities. • Detect, analyze, and escalate accounting processes and tasks that are malfunctioning or need to be improved and possibly launch a new project. • Support internal & external audits. • Set up goals and discuss performances with Supervisors. • Work on succession plans (detect potential candidates and develop strategies). • Build talent and career plan with the members of the team+E12. • Support managements in salary strategy & merit process.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance and two to four years of significant work experience. • Advanced English level (oral and writing) • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools • Strong attention to detail, with sensitivity to deadlines. • Result oriented and proactive. • Self-Driven & Solution mindset • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI will be a plus. • Result Oriented and Proactive • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook software
