What you’ll achieve As the Documentation & Localization Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the successful release of DIIT products by providing high quality, regulatory compliant user documentation and GUI texts as well as their translations for our markets. You will work closely with developers, testers, product managers, and other experts to understand complex software solutions and transform technical concepts into clear and valuable information for healthcare professionals. By continuously learning about our products, tools, and technologies, and by embracing AI and automation, you will help make our solutions accessible to users around the world, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Learn and understand new products, technologies, and tools to create various forms of user documentation in both, German and English, for Dedalus Healthcare products in close collaboration with professionals (developers, testers, product managers, architects...) • Coordinate the translation of GUI texts, release notes, and user documentation (deliverables) from German and English into various languages • Manage documentation and localization projects following product release cycles • Manage terminology • Investigate documentation, localization, and tooling challenges and identify practical solutions in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Curiosity and demonstrated ability to independently learn unfamiliar software, tools, and technologies, and communicate technical concepts to different audiences. • Interest in technology and a willingness to learn and apply AI, automation, scripting, and other modern content technologies. • Excellent written and verbal German and English skills (minimum C1) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to explore different approaches when facing new challenges. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work highly organized and independently • Experience in technical writing, localization, structured content authoring, translation management or a related field

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with XML-based documentation tools • Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch or Norwegian language skills • Degree in translation, journalism, technical communication or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
