HDI AG Your Tasks - Close collaboration with Underwriting Managers and business units in the conception of digital insurance products - Translation of underwriting logic, product structures, and business rules into digital solution concepts on INSTANDA - Act as a sparring partner for Underwriting and distribution‑related stakeholders - Facilitate workshops, solution sessions, demos, and reviews - Support stakeholders in understanding digital possibilities, best practices, and solution patterns - Support digital products from initial idea and prototype through to productive use - Continuously improve and further develop existing digital solutions - Create reusable product and solution templates to support scalability - Reduce complexity and manual effort for Underwriting teams - Close cooperation with IT, engineering, and platform teams - Contribution of business and product perspectives to the further development of the INSTANDA usage Your Profile - Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally with proximity to Underwriting, product, or solution design - Solid understanding of insurance products and underwriting processes Experience working with digital platforms or low‑code solutions (INSTANDA experience is a plus, but not required) * High degree of independence, ownership, and solution orientation - Confidence in working with international and senior stakeholders - Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite
